At least one author of each paper must register for the conference. All registration will be done through EDAS. Registration is open until the final registration date but participants without papers can register until 1 month before the conference.
Each full (normal) registration is entitled to 1 paper. All fees are inclusive of registration, proceedings and the conference kit. Note that the fees are exclusive of bank transfer charges and participants MUST add on any addiitonal bank charges. Official receipt will be given during the conference. Papers not presented during the conference will not be considered for inclusion in IEEEXplore.
